Steps
- Mix the salt, pepper, coriander, sugar, bay leaf, cloves, paprika, garlic, onion, dill, mustard, celery salt, and red pepper flakes.

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and sear the beef in cooking oil for 8 minutes, turning often.
