- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 6 tbsp salted butter
- 1 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 300 ml can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp white sugar
- lime zest (optional)
Steps
- Mix the graham crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter, then press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, key lime juice, and half the vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the lime filling over the crust and chill it for 10 minutes.
