Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 36 peppermint white chocolate kisses

Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease baking sheets with cooking oil.
- Whisk the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
