- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 large carrots
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- kosher salt (optional)
- freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet with the asparagus and carrots.
- Toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the vegetables for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- Drizzle the roasted vegetables with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
