Ingredients
- 2 broccoli
- 12 oz green beans
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large sheet pan.
- Cut the broccoli into florets and toss it with the green beans, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables in one layer on the sheet pan.
- Roast for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan, then roast for 5 minutes more until the vegetables are tender.
