Ingredients
- 2 red snapper fillets
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup green onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 tsp saffron
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt & pepper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and place two oven-safe cooking bags on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Soak the saffron in the white wine for 5 minutes.
- Place one snapper fillet in each bag and add tomato, lemon slices, green onion, cilantro, thyme, salt, pepper, and saffron wine.
- Seal the bags according to their directions and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and reaches 145 F.
