- 1 lb uncooked elbow macaroni
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 large red onion

Steps
