Ingredients
- 1 frozen chopped spinach or 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 artichoke hearts
- 1 cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt (optional)
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Steps
- Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
- Stir the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic salt, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Fold in the spinach and artichokes until evenly combined.
- Chill the dip for 20 minutes before serving.
