Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 onion
1 1/2 cloves garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
2 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar or part-skim mozzarella

Steps

Thaw the bread dough before beginning and heat the oven to 375 F.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Stir in the spinach and cook for 5 minutes, until hot and most moisture has evaporated.
Press the dough into a rectangle, spread the spinach mixture over it, and sprinkle with cheese.
Roll the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
