1 1/4 cups panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp cornmeal
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano

1 zucchini

Steps

Heat the air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes.
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and beat the egg in a shallow bowl.
