1 angel food cake
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
5 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond flavoring
1 pint whipping cream
2 quarts berries or 2 quarts fruit

Steps

Cut the angel food cake into 1-inch cubes.
Beat the cream cheese with 2 cups powdered sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and almond flavoring until smooth.
Whip the cream with the remaining powdered sugar until firm peaks form.
Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
