Ingredients
- 2 green onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 oz sabra classic hummus
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 stalks celery
- blue cheese crumbles for topping (optional)
Steps
- Slice the green onions and celery, and shred the cheddar cheese.
- Stir the chicken, hummus, buffalo sauce, green onions, cheddar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the celery pieces.
- Top the bites with blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Check that the thickest part of the poultry reaches 165 F before serving.
- Chill the bites for 15 minutes before serving.
