Ingredients
- 6 oz baby arugula
- 1 cup red grapes
- 2 navel oranges
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and black pepper to taste (optional)
Steps
- Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Peel and slice the oranges, then halve the grapes.
- Slice the red onion and crumble the goat cheese.
