- 5 slices cinnamon raisin bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and butter an 8-cup muffin pan.
- Cut the bread into small cubes and divide them among the muffin cups.
- Whisk the eggs, half and half, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Pour the custard over the bread and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until the centers are set and reach 160 F.
- Cool the cups in the pan for 5 minutes before removing them.
