Ingredients
- 1 batch of delallo pizza crust
- 1/2 cup kale pesto
- 1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 1/2 large eggs
- parsley and parmesan for topping (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread the kale pesto over the crust and scatter the sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella on top.
- Make four small wells in the cheese and crack the eggs into them.
- Bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the eggs are firm.
- Top the pizza with parsley and parmesan, if using, before slicing.
