- 2 tbsp delallo instant espresso powder
- 5 tbsp butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 20 mini peanut butter cups
- 4 1/2 big scoops of chocolate ice cream
