Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 3/4 cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3/8 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Steps
- Process the walnuts, almonds, cocoa, and salt for 4 minutes, until finely ground.
- Add the dates and almond milk, then process for 2 minutes until the mixture holds together.
- Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8-inch square pan.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat for 3 minutes, then stir in the powdered sugar and salt.
- Spread the ganache over the brownie mixture and sprinkle with cacao nibs if using.
- Chill for 10 minutes, then cut into 12 squares.
