Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 box (6 oz) strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
- 12 marshmallows
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups cool whip or 1 cup cream
Steps
- Heat 1 cup of water until boiling and pour it over the gelatin and sugar in a large bowl.
- Stir until the gelatin and sugar dissolve, then add the marshmallows and stir until softened.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple and cottage cheese.
- Fold in the whipped topping until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled mold and chill for 30 minutes, or until set.
