Ingredients

1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp dried chives
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dried dill
1/8 tsp salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F.
Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas thoroughly.
Toss the chickpeas with vegetable oil and salt.
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Mix parsley, nutritional yeast, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and pepper in a small bowl.
Toss the hot chickpeas with the seasoning mixture and cool briefly.
