Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- 1 splash lemon juice
Steps
- Add chickpeas, chickpea liquid, olive oil, tahini, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, hot sauce, and lemon juice to a food processor.
- Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Scrape the sides and blend for 2 more minutes.
- Taste and adjust with salt or pepper if needed.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl and serve.
