Ingredients
- 24 slices soft sandwich bread
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
- 1 jar (6 oz) artichoke hearts
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease two 12-cup muffin pans.
- Thaw the spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Chop the artichoke hearts and mix them with spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic salt.
- Press one bread slice into each muffin cup.
- Fill the bread cups with the spinach mixture.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the bread is crisp and the cheese is melted.
