Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 whole star anise
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 green cardamom pod
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Steps
- Boil 3 cups of water with the star anise, cloves, and cardamom in a medium saucepan.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and spices, then stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Stir in the remaining 1 cup cold water and cool the tea for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and pour the tea over ice.
