Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp each garlic powder
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3/4 cup hot sauce
- 3 cups shredded cabbage or slaw
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 avocados
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- squeeze of lemon or lime
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet with oil.
- Whisk the flour, milk, and garlic powder in a bowl until smooth.
- Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower for 25 minutes, turning it halfway through.
- Blend the avocados, garlic, sour cream, water, salt, and lemon or lime juice until smooth.
- Toss the baked cauliflower with hot sauce and assemble it with cabbage and avocado crema.
