Ingredients

2 lb potatoes
1 spray olive oil
3 tbsp melted butter
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 pinch salt (optional)
1 pinch pepper (optional)
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and coat a large baking sheet with olive oil spray.
Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water for 18 to 20 minutes, until tender.
