Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 2/3 cup pecans
- 6 cup leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Steps
- Heat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high, about 400 F.
- Halve and pit the peaches, then grill them cut-side down for 3 minutes.
- Turn the peaches and grill for 2 minutes more until marked and tender.
- Whisk white wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toss the lettuce and basil in a large bowl with half the dressing.
- Top with grilled peaches, mozzarella, and pecans, then drizzle with the remaining dressing.
