Ingredients
- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 tbsp oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 drizzle olive oil
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp fine grain sea salt or pink himalayan sea salt (optional)
Steps
- Drain the chickpeas and place them in a food processor.
- Add the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, tahini, lemon juice, water, paprika, and salt.
- Blend for 2 minutes, scraping the sides once, until smooth.
- Spoon the hummus into a bowl and drizzle it with olive oil.
